JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application is filed by the under-trial prisoner praying to release him on temporary bail on the ground of illness of his wife. Previously also, he was released on temporary bail on the ground of illness of his wife.
The trial has commenced and is going on. The present applicant is arrested in connection with the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code. In view of this, in opinion of this court, this application is required to be rejected. Hence, rejected.
