Ms.C.M.Shah, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent - State.
[2] The applicants were granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 29.02.2012 in Criminal Misc. Application No.1486 of 2012. As per condition no.6(6), the applicants are required not to enter the city and district limits of Junagadh for the period of four months except for marking presence and attending trial. It is submitted by learned advocate for the applicants that the applicants are required to attend social function and therefore, requested to relax the said condition for temporary period. Hence, present application is preferred.
[3] Considering the averments made in the application and having heard learned advocate for the applicant, the application is partly allowed.
[4] Condition no.6(6) in the order dated 29.02.2012 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.1486 of 2012 is suspended for a period from 27.04.2012 to 30.04.2012. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Present application is disposed of accordingly.
Direct service is permitted.
