JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is submitted by learned APP, Mr.L.B.Dabhi on instructions that as per the report of jail authority dated 2-3-2012, proposal of furlough of the applicant is rejected by the competent authority. This Court does not find any convincing reasons to interfere with the same and hence, this application is rejected.
