JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
Learned APP waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been complying with all the conditions of the bail order. He submitted that other than the present case, the applicant is not involved in any other case. He pointed out that bail order was passed more than a year back.
Considering the submissions made, request for deletion of condition no. 4 of the bail order dated 20.01.2011 which reads as under:
"4. mark his presence before the DCB Police Station, Surat city on every 1st and 15th day of English Calendar month between 11.00 am to 2.00 p.m." is deleted.
Rest of the conditions remaine unchanged.
Rule is made absolute. Direct service.
