B.S. Brahmbhatt, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to take appropriate recourse and for ventilating the grievance by way of filing a representation.

In order to enable him to do so, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not examined the matter on merits. Direct service is permitted.
