Heard Sri Bhanu Pratap Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The suit was instituted in the year 2015. The issues have not been framed till date.
Learned counsel for the petitioner calls attention to the ordersheet and argues that the matter is not being proceeded with a sense of dispatch. This is delaying in final disposal of the suit.
Upon perusing the ordersheet this Court finds it appropriate to issue a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), District Jaunpur to proceed in the matter and make all endeavours to decide the suit proceedings expeditiously.
The learned Trial Court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournments to the parties. The learned Trial Court shall impose exemplary costs to the parties which seek unnecessary adjournments.
The writ petition is disposed of.
