Considering the averments made in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the application on oath sufficient cause is shown to condone the delay in filing the appeal preferred by the applicant-claimants and, therefore, the prayer in terms of para 5 (A) and (B) is granted.

Rule is made absolute.
