Mr.Rohan Yagnik, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that he shall be appearing for respondents Nos.2 and 3, therefore, the name of Government Pleader may be directed to shown on the cause-list. The learned Assistant Government Pleader prays for time in order to take instructions on behalf of respondent No.4.
