(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) By order dated 20th June 2012, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.L.R. Pujari was granted time to file affidavit of the concerned doctor including Dr.C.R. Makwana, who has issued certificate and also Dr.H.C. Patel, who had occasion to examine the patient. The learned APP states that affidavit is already dictated, but is in the process of affirmation. The learned APP wants the matter to be kept tomorrow. Adjourned to 26th June 2012.
