JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present Special Civil Application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner for the following reliefs;
(A) A writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction may kindly be issued quashing and setting aside the action of the respondents in allotting the distributorship of the petitioner.
(B) Pending admission hearing and final disposal of this petition an interim injunction may be granted staying the holding of the draw on 15/05/2012 thereby restraining the respondents, their officers, agents and servants from creating 3rd party rights in the subject distributorship.
(C) Pass such other and further relief, orders as may deem fit in the interest of justice.
2. After the matter was argued for some time, Ms. Minoo Shah, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
