Heard Sri Ishwar Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Present application has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Ballia to consider and conclude the Session Trial No. 358 of 2014, (State Vs. Shankar Yadav and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 420 of 2014, under section 147, 148, 149, 307, 386, 279 IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Sukhpura, District Ballia, pending before the Additional Session Judge-IV, Ballia, expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending which is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional Session Judge-IV, Balli to consider and conclude the Session Trial No. 358 of 2014, (State Vs. Shankar Yadav and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 420 of 2014, under section 147, 148, 149, 307, 386, 279 IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Sukhpura, District Ballia, most expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
