This petition has been filed with a prayer to expedite the Computer Case No. T2017142960112493, (Jitendra and others vs. Sipahi and others) under Section 21/24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in Gata No. 220, 225 Mauza-Khajurgaon, Pargana Pachotar, Tehsil Kasimabad, District Ghazipur, pending before Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kasimabad, District Ghazipur.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the petition stands disposed of directing the court concerned to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order, provided there is no other impediment in deciding it.
