Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for the State.
At the very out the learned standing counsel has pointed out that first information report has been lodged by respondent no.6, which has been registered as case crime No.127 of 1999, under Sections 363 and 366 I.P.C., Police Station Ekdil, District Etawah.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
