Heard Anurag Shukla, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 28.09.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the second paragraph of the first page and the second last paragraph of the second page of the order dated 28.9.2018, one of the charging section has wrongly been transcribed as section 504, whereas the correct description of the charging section is section 506. He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistakes occurring in the order dated 28.9.2018 be corrected accordingly. Prayer made for in the correction application is bona fide.
In place of section 504 as occurring in the first paragraph of the first page and the second last paragraph of the second page of the order dated 28.9.2018, section 506 shall be read.
This order shall form the part of the order dated 28.9.2018.
With the aforesaid direction, the correction application is allowed.
