Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for applicants and learned A.G.A. for State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants contends that he be permitted to withdraw present application with liberty to file fresh as there are certain inherent mistakes in this application which cannot be cured even by filing supplementary affidavit.
Learned A.G.A. does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for applicants.
In view of above, present application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
However, it is provided that certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to learned counsel for applicants after obtaining photocopy of the same to be retained on record.
