Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 4.4.2018 passed by the Consolidation Officer and the order dated 28.12.2018 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Bulandshahr, i.e., respondent No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as, 'D.D.C.').
Through order dated 4.4.2018 the Consolidation Officer had fixed date for hearing on the restoration application filed by the respondents. The revision filed by the petitioners against the order dated 4.4.2018 has been rejected by the D.D.C. vide his order dated 28.12.2018. The order dated 4.4.2018 is an interlocutory order, which does not finally decide the rights of the parties, and therefore, the revision was rightly dismissed by the D.D.C. vide his order dated 28.12.2018.
The writ petition lacks merit, and is, accordingly
dismissed.
