Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction, paper no. 6-C(2) in Original Suit No. 883 of 2017 expeditiously within a specified time frame.
The suit in question was instituted by the petitioners against the State-respondents.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the defendants have been duly served. It also appears from the order-sheet that the court is regularly fixing date for disposal of the application for temporary injunction.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
