Heard Mr Uma Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Irshad Hussain, learned AGA for the State and perused the material on record.
Perusal of record would disclose that the complainant sustained serious injuries but the petitioner has not been able to show the nature of injuries sustained by the informant/complainant.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a better petition annexing therewith the medical examination report of the complainant/informant.
Certified copy of the impugned FIR be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining the photocopy of the same.
