The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Revenue Case No. T-201814290301428 (Gram Sabha vs. Chirkut Yadav and others) under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Rule-67 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 stipulates that an application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 would be decided within 90 days from its initiation. This case was initiated in the month of May 2018. It is therefore being provided that the case would be concluded within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
