Issue notice to the respondents by speed / registered post returnable on 16th August, 2019.
Steps be taken immediately.
It is very clear that Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd. with open eyes had accepted the premium, hence at this stage the finding that subsequent such policy was obtained by fraud cannot be countenanced. Hence, the judgment shall remain stayed qua the appellant.
The Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd. shall deposit the entire amount within six weeks from today subject to result of this appeal.
