Issue fresh notices to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 through R.P.A.D. returnable at an early date.
Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to take fresh steps for effectuating service by R.P.A.D. on respondent nos. 1 and 2 within a week from today.
In case steps are taken within the time indicated hereinabove, office shall issue notice to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 fixing 30.4.2018.
