1. Heard Sri Rajendra Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Madan Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for respondents.
2. This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing First Information Report dated 11.08.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 270 of 2018, under Section 366 I.P.C., Police Station Rajpura, District Bheem Nagar/ Sambhal.
3. Learned A.G.A. informed that final report has been submitted in the matter.
4. In view thereof, since petitioners have now remedy before Court concerned, hence no interference is called for under Article 226 of Constitution of India.
5. Dismissed accordingly. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
