Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the point of admission and perused the judgment and order dated 06.01.2010 passed by the trial court.
This appeal has been filed by the accused-appellant, Jitendra Raidas against the judgment and order dated 06.01.2010 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court no.V, Lucknow in Sessions Trial No.371 of 2007 (Crime No.205 of 2007) State Versus Jitendra Raidas and others, under Sections 363, 376, 342, 450, 506(2) I.P.C. and 3(1) 12 & 3(2) V SC/ST Act, P.S. Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow, whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge has held the accused guilty under Sections 363, 342 I.P.C. The learned Additional Sessions Judge has convicted and sentenced the accused- appellant to undergo seven years rigorous imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs.3,000/- under Section 363 I.P.C. and further sentenced to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs.1000/- under Section 342 I.P.C.with default stipulation.
