This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the appeal dated 16.1.2019 (Annexure no. 3) pending before him u/s 19 of Right to Information act,2005 within a stipulated period of time."
Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer to the extent that the respondent no.3 may be directed to decide the appeal dated 16.01.2019 pending before him within the stipulated period .
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.
3 to decide the appeal dated 16.01.2019 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order after hearing the concerned parties.
