1. Petitioner claims that his application under the Right to Information Act is pending since 20.06.2018.

2. Even if such fact is correct, the petitioner would have a statutory remedy of appeal under Section 19 of that Act.

3. Consequently the present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
