Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri J.P. Singh who has appeared on behalf of the opposite party No. 1 and has tendered an affidavit of compliance.
The Court finds that appended to the said affidavit is an order dated 24 May 2018 in terms of which the claim of the applicant has been attended to and disposed of on merits.
Consequently nothing further survives on this petition which shall stand disposed of.
This order however shall not preclude the applicant, if so chosen and advised, from initiating appropriate proceedings if he be aggrieved by the order dated 24 May 2018.
