Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Naugarh, Siddharth Nagar to decide Original Suit No.677 of 2008 (Jitendra Pal Vs. Ram Singh and another), within stipulated period.
It is the case of the petitioner that issues were framed in the suit on 5th November, 2009 and since then the suit is proceeding at snail's pace.
Considering that the suit is about a decade old, this petition is disposed of with direction upon the court concerned that in absence of any legal impediment, the court shall endeavour to bring the proceeding of the suit to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law, without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
