We have heard Sri Aditya Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
In substance, the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non- disposal of his application dated 13.5.2015 regarding issuance of solvency certificate.
Without entering into the merit of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate, Etah (the respondent no. 2) to pass an appropriate order on the application of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously but not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order of this Court.
