Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Sri Mahboob Ahmad, learned counsel, who has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3.
It has been pointed out by Sri Mahboob Ahmad, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3, that only the provisional assessment has been made and the respondent will make the final assessment shortly after considering the objection of the petitioner.
In view of the said statement, the writ petition is finally disposed off provided that in case the petitioner deposits Rs. 3,00,000/- within a week, the electricity connection shall be restored and the said amount shall be subject to the final assessment made by the respondent.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed off.
