Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Heard Sri Awadesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel holding brief of Sri R.L.Varma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the claim of the petitioner for grant of minimum basic pay shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the third respondent within a period of two months from the presentation of a certified copy of this order alongwith the copy of the writ petition and its enclosure.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise the claim of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of in the light of the statements so made by the learned Standing Counsel which is recorded and accepted.
