The petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 1.2.2018 whereby the contractual engagement of the petitioner on the post of Security Guard at District Women Hospital, Orai has been discontinued.
Order impugned records that the petitioner is not vigilant about his duties and he has not discharged his duties with utmost satisfaction of the appointing authority i.e. Chief Medical Superintendent, District Female Hospital, Orai.
The said fact has been categorically record in the order impugned. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner before discontinuation of his contractual service, which cannot be the ground to challenge the order of disengagement.
Considering the nature of engagement of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed.
