Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Satyendra Singh, learned counsel appearing for the complainant and learned Additional Government Advocate.
The present writ petition has been filed against lodging of First Information Report relating to Case Crime No. 116 of 2010 under Section 406, 420, 504 & 506 IPC of Police Station Aliganj, district Lucknow.
We have gone through the contents of the First Information Report. Since the allegations made in the First Information Report disclose commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
However, directed that if petitioner Jitendra Kumar Shukla alias Munna Shukla surrenders before the court below and moves application for bail, his bail application shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously by the Courts below.
