Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Jitendra Kumar Saini and Chandan Saini, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.731 of 2018, under Sections-420, 467, 468, 471, 120 I.P.C., Police Station-Shahganj, District-Agra, during pendency of trial.
From the material collected by the Investigating Officer, the offence of taking money from the informant for the purpose of providing job to the brother of the informant is proved.
In view of paragraph 43(2) of the judgement dated 05.04.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application u/s438 Cr.P.C No.2110 of 2021, Shivam Vs. State of U.P. and another, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
It is, accordingly, rejected.
