Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
Writ-Court vide order dated 21 December 2016 disposed of the writ petition directing the Committee of Management, fourth respondent therein, to decide the representation of the applicant on merit. It is urged that instead of the Committee, Manager of the institution has decided the representation on 7 March 2017.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant is unable to explain suitably as to why the applicant has approached this Court at this belated stage and has not taken remedy against the order dated 7 March 2017, before the appropriate forum.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to assail the order dated 7 March 2017 before appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
