None appears on behalf of the respondents No.5 to 10, though the names of Sri Yogesh Kumar Srivastava and Deepak Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents No.5 to 10 are printed in the cause list.
Heard Sri Arvind Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer commanding to the respondent no.3 to ensure the fair and impartial investigation and to command the respondent No.1 to conduct the fair and impartial investigation by any independent agency and submit its report forthwith in case crime No.209 of 2017, under Sections 147, 302, 506, 3(2) V and Section 13(1) d of Prevention of Corruption act, 1988, Police Station-Fariha, District-Firozabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that after passing of the order of this Court the investigation has been returned back to Firozabad but the investigation of the case has not been concluded till date.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation and submit a police report before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within the period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The S.S.P./S.P., Firozabad is directed to ensure the compliance of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
