On oral prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he is permitted to make correction in the prayer clause.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.2574 of 2011 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents within a specified time frame.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the matter is getting adjourned on account of the defendants seeking repeated adjournments.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
