Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Gaon Sabha as a respondent in the writ petition during the course of the day and serve a copy of the writ petition upon Sri Pradeep Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha.
Instructions as have been placed today by the learned Standing Counsel be kept on record. It has been informed that against the order dated 18.5.2017, a Recall Application had been filed on 13.9.2021 which is being heard and the next date fixed is 29.9.2021.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Recall Application dated 13.9.2021 be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
