Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 4.
The petitioners seek a direction to the District Basic Education Officer, Balrampur for releasing their salaries from the month of March, 2019.
As the mandamus is to be issued to the officer who is posted at Balrampur, for release of salary, it would be appropriate that the petitioners shall file the writ petition before the Lucknow Bench.
This Court has no territorial jurisdiction to issue any such direction to respondent no. 5.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition before the appropriate Bench.
