Shri Siddharth Nandan, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 9.7.2018 passed by the Election Tribunal in Election Petition No. T2016125603196 in proceedings which may be instituted against the final order passed by the Election Tribunal.
The prayer is allowed.
The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
