Hon'ble Ajai Kumar Srivastava-I,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State through Video Conferencing.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has verbally limited his prayer and prayed for disposal of the representation as contained annexure 1 to the writ petition, which is addressed to the Station House Officer, police station Krishna Nagar, district Lucknow.
In case any such representation is pending before the authority concerned, the same may be considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
