Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 9.6.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 242 of 2021, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Badalpur, District- Gautam Budh Nagar (Annexure No. 2 to this writ petition).
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report."
After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to apply for bail.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid request of the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to apply for bail in accordance with law.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioners.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said persons (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerised copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
