1. Heard learned Senior Advocate Shri S.I.Nanavaty appearing with learned Advocate Mrs. V.D.Nanavaty for the Applicants.
2. In view of the contentions raised referring to the judgment in Family Suit No.274 of 2002 at Annexure-B granting the divorce and the orders passed by the Court including the order passed by the High Court in Special Civil Application No. 11110 of 2012 dated 11.10.2012 and also referring to the proceedings regarding the conjugal rights and further in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in (2011) 12 SCC 588 - Inderjit Singh Grewal v. State of Punjab and Another - with regard to the Domestic Violance Act and the limitations, the matter requires consideration.

3. Hence, the following order:
Notice to the Respondents returnable on 7th December, 2012. Learned APP Ms. Archana Raval waives service of Notice for Respondent No.1-State of Gujarat.
4. Ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 5(c) is granted till then.
