This bail cancellation application has been moved by applicant Jitendra Bahadur Singh to cancel the bail granted to accused-opposite party no. 2 on 3.3.2017 by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 17, Deoria in Case Crime No. 0222 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 308, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Barhaj, District Deoria.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length and perused the material on record with valuable assistance of learned counsel.
Upon considering the material on record and submissions made by Counsel for both the parties, I do not find any good ground to cancel the bail.
Accordingly, the bail cancellation application is hereby rejected.
