(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Counsel for the applicant drew our attention to the order passed by the Single Judge dated 15.04.2010 by which, interim relief against the award of the labour Court was confined to the back wages only with a clarification that there was no stay granted against direction of reinstatement of the workman. Counsel also pointed out that such order was carried in Letters Patent Appeal by the employer. The Division Bench, vide order dated 07.12.2011, did not accept the civil application seeking stay of employer and dismissed the same. Despite these facts, the employer has not reinstated the workman.
