JUDGMENT / ORDER

The proposed sale of the property in execution is impugned. The petitioner seeks time till 30.6.2014 to pay the decree debt. Further proceedings for sale of the property shall be dropped if the decree debt is discharged within 30.6.2014. Otherwise the respondent Bank is free to surge ahead with the proceedings for sale of the property. No further directions are warranted and the Original Petition is disposed of.
