In view of what is recorded in order dated 29.12.2011 passed by this Court and considering the facts that impugned complaint is filed for the offences alleged to have been committed during the period between 2003 to 2006 and the arbitration proceedings are pending between the parties, issue Rule returnable on 19th July, 2012.

Interim relief granted earlier qua the petitioner to continue till final disposal of the petition.
