JUDGMENT / ORDER

Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. According to the petitioners, they are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1336 of 2014 of the Kuthuparamba Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 294(b), 506(i) and 354(A) r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. All the aforesaid offences being bailable, the application is seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable and hence, dismissed.
In the result, this bail application is dismissed.
