JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is accused in Crime No.149 of 2014 of the Kalady Police Station for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 120B, 109,212, 452, 427 and 307 r/w Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code, Sec.3(a) of the Explosive Substances Act, Sec.27 of the Arms Act, apprehends arrest and has filed this application.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application.
It is submitted that on 27.01.2014 at about 10.15p.m, pursuant to the criminal conspiracy the accused had, while some of them were under detention in the Sub Jail, Aluva, the accused who developed enimity towards the de facto complainant, the Jail Warden, threw country bomb to his house and attempted to cause his death. Petitioner is also involved in the conspiracy.
3. Learned counsel submits that the allegations are not true.
4. In the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner, considering its seriousness and the investigation required to be done, request for pre-arrest bail cannot be allowed.
The application is dismissed.
