The petitioner's goods have been detained pursuant to Ext.P4 notice. In Ext.P4, the petitioner was directed to furnish security for an amount of Rs.2,37,400/-.

There shall be a direction to the third respondent to release the goods detained vide Ext.P4 to the petitioner, on the petitioner making a deposit of 25% of the demand and also executing a simple bond for the balance amount. If the original bills are in the custody of the third respondent, the same shall be released to the petitioner forthwith. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
