The petitioner herein seeks for quashing of the First Information Report dated 05.08.2021 registered as Case Crime No.550 of 2021 under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 392 I.P.C P.S-Barra District-South (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar).
The allegations in the first information report are clear and categorical and it cannot be said that it does not disclose the commission of cognizable offence.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is no injury case and moreover, the petitioner has been falsely implicated cannot be seen within the scope of Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Any interference, at this stage, may impede the speedy investigation.
The writ petition is, thus, found devoid of merit and hence dismissed.
